Our mission
The Serre-Ponçon Swim Challenge is much more than just a sporting event: it is a celebration of endurance, nature and human conviviality.
Our goal is to build an event that is both ambitious and responsible:
• Promote open water swimming as an accessible mountain sport;
• Raise awareness of the preservation of alpine aquatic environments;
• Promote the beauty and dynamism of the Serre-Ponçon region.
By becoming a partner, you will contribute to a project that combines sport, sustainability and positive local benefits, while participating in the development of responsible adventure tourism in the Alps.
Why become a partner?
By supporting the Serre-Ponçon Swim Challenge, you are directly participating in:
• The success of the event, by financing the logistics, security and supervision of 50 swimmers and more than 100 volunteers;
• Protection of the lake and its environment, through concrete actions to raise awareness and reduce waste;
• Promoting the local economy by supporting accommodation providers, restaurateurs, guides and producers in the region.

1) Event Village Partner €300 – 599€

Put your brand right at the heart of the Swim Challenge and meet swimmers, supporters and spectators face-to-face.

Stand / presence at the Event Village (Baie St Michel)

In-kind examples (valued to match): printing/signage, refreshments for volunteers, t-shirts for volunteers.
2) Big Screen Spotlight Partner – €600 – 999€
(or equivalent value in kind)
A high-impact way to stand out during peak gathering moments — ideal if you have a story, product or message to share.
Includes:
Everything in Event Village Partner
Your film shown on the big screen at the Event Village (agreed format/length)
In-kind examples (valued to match): AV/screen support, radios/comms hire, transport support, catering, accommodation nights for staff/officials, influencers.
3) Flagship Sponsor €1,000+
(or equivalent in kind)
Our most visible partnership: repeated exposure on the day, in photos, and online — on the water and at the village.

Official swim hats or
Kayak sticker placement

We will help you define the formula best suited to your objectives — visibility, financial contribution, or field engagement.
You don’t need to be a large company to contribute. We also welcome in-kind support, such as:
• Equipment loan (radios, tents, kayaks, vehicles, etc.)
• Provision of meals or snacks for volunteers
• Local products, coffee, drinks or eco-friendly gifts for participants. Every contribution, whatever its size, helps us build a safer, friendlier and more sustainable event.
